2.3 Licence Scope
This licence is granted for the current version of the App and any
updates provided by the Developer. The Developer is not obligated to
provide updates, enhancements, or support.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, source
code, algorithms, weight calculation models, tyre pressure algorithms,
and user interface elements, is owned by the Developer and protected by
Australian and international intellectual property laws. No licence is
granted to any intellectual property except as expressly stated in this
Agreement.
4. USER CONTENT
4.1 Your Private Content
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you input
into the App for your own use ("User Content"), including rig
specifications, weight data, tyre specifications, assessment results,
and photographs you capture. By using the App, you grant the Developer a
limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your User
Content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality, including
cloud backup and sync.
This licence ends when you delete your account.
4.2 Community Contributions
Content you submit to the community is different from your private User
Content. Community contributions include (a) rig specifications and
corrections you submit to the community database, and (b) stories, tips,
photographs, and other material you submit for possible publication
("Community Stories").
By submitting a community contribution you grant the Developer a
perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to
use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that
contribution -- in whole or in part -- across the Ready2Roam apps,
website, marketing channels, and app-store listings, and in connection
with the service, including after your account is deleted. Community
contributions may be made publicly visible to users of both Ready2Tow and
Ready2Roam and to the public.
You confirm that you own the contribution or have permission to submit it,
and that it does not infringe the rights of any other person. Where a
photograph or story identifies another person or shows private property,
you confirm you have that person's permission for it to be published. To
the extent permitted by law, you consent to acts or omissions that would
otherwise infringe your moral rights in the contribution.
Review, attribution and removal. Community Stories are reviewed beforepublication. The Developer may edit, decline, or decline to publish any
submission, and may remove a published contribution, at its discretion.
When you submit a Community Story you may choose to be credited by a name
you provide or to remain anonymous. You may withdraw a submission at any
time before it is published. After publication you may request removal;
the Developer will stop displaying the contribution on its own surfaces
going forward, but is not required to recall copies already distributed or
published elsewhere, and the licence over those copies survives.
When you delete your account, your identity is removed from your
contributions, but the contributions themselves remain. Other users and
readers rely on them.
4.3 Accuracy of Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality
of any content you submit. The Developer does not verify, endorse, or
assume liability for User Content or community contributions, including
weight specifications, tyre data, or rig configurations you enter.
