Ready2Tow uses a physics-based load-inflation model calibrated per tyre construction class (standard passenger, extra-load/reinforced, light truck). It takes your actual tyre sidewall specs (width, aspect ratio, load index, max pressure), your real payload distribution across four zones, your terrain (highway, gravel, or sand), and temperature to calculate the correct cold inflation pressure for each individual wheel. It is not a placard lookup or a generic table.

Do I need a weighbridge?

Not required, but recommended for the most accurate results. You can enter estimated weights and get indicative results. A certified weighbridge gives exact numbers — Ready2Tow even helps you find the nearest one and can import the results directly into your assessment as verified weights.

Can I use it for a motorhome?

Yes. Motorhomes are supported as self-propelled rigs — no towing pair needed unless you’re flat-towing a vehicle (a “toad”) behind the motorhome. Full weight compliance and per-wheel tyre pressure assessment applies to motorhomes, campervans, and slide-on campers.

What’s the difference between Free and Tow Pro?

Free lets you set up one rig, run a weight assessment, and see pass/fail badges with colour coding. You’ll know if there’s a problem. Tow Pro shows the actual numbers — full weight breakdown in kilograms, per-wheel tyre pressures in PSI or kPa, terrain adjustment, aftermarket tyre handling, OCR scanning, AI safety explanations, assessment history, PDF exports, and maintenance tracking. Professional adds client management, branded PDFs, weighbridge import, and batch export for inspectors.

Does it work offline?

Yes. All weight calculations and tyre pressure results are computed on your device — no internet connection required. OCR falls back to on-device processing when offline. The AI Copilot and cloud sync features require an internet connection, but the core safety assessment works anywhere.

Analytics use GA4 with no personally identifiable information.
