Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Ready2Roam account and all associated data at any time. Please read the information below before proceeding.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open Ready2Roam — Launch the app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Navigate to Account Settings — Go to Profile → Account Settings.
- Tap "Delete Account" — Scroll to the bottom of Account Settings and tap the Delete Account button.
- Confirm your identity — For security, you'll be asked to re-authenticate. Depending on how you signed up, this means re-entering your password or completing Apple / Google sign-in.
- Confirm deletion — Review the confirmation dialog and tap Delete to proceed.
What Gets Deleted
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data is removed:
- Your Firebase authentication account and credentials
- All cloud-synced data (trips, expenses, income, budgets, vehicle profiles, baseline profiles, trip plans, saved routes)
- Any uploaded profile photos or receipt images
- Cloud sync metadata and backup history
- All local app data on the device you delete from
- Saved preferences, coach marks, and onboarding state
Important: Subscriptions
Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription. Ready2Roam subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you have an active Nomad Pro subscription, you must cancel it separately to avoid continued charges.
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Ready2Roam → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ready2Roam → Cancel
Data Retention
When you delete your account, all identifiable data is removed from our servers immediately. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (such as feature usage counts and crash reports) may be retained as it cannot be linked back to you. We do not retain any financial figures, personal details, or trip information after account deletion.
Can't Access the App?
If you're unable to sign in or access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send your request from the email address associated with your Ready2Roam account to:
Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
